The Haitian Diaspora Experience. This is the first series of conferences where we have invited two of our compatriots living in Diaspora (Boston, USA) to motivate youths of Haiti. They share their experiences abroad, and will continue to do so. We believe the Diaspora has a lot to share with us in terms of human resources; among them are knowledge and career experience.

Esperyans Dyaspora Ayisyen.Sa se yon premye seri konferans kote nou te envite 2 (de) nan konpatriyòt nou yo k ap viv nan Dyaspora  (vil Boston, USA) pou te vin motive lajenès Ayiti. Yo pataje esperyans yo aletranje, e y ap kontinye fè sa. Nou kwè Dyaspora gen anpil bagay pou pataje avèk nou. Pami yo, nou ka site: konesans ak esperyans karyè yo.

They talk in detail about their experience to be who they are today. Their experiences can improve the type of young people’s thinking who feel without daily reference, without models since things are so negative (e.g, immorality, demagoguery, promiscuity of spirit, poverty of vision stops them on the way, and dreams that every Haitian is cherishing to move forward are being disturbed.

Yo detaye pa ki filyè yo pase pou rive moun yo ye jodi a. Esperyans yo ka amelyore mòd panse lajenès ki sanse san repè chak jou, san modèl, tèlman bagay negatif (pa egz.,, imoralite, demagoji, lespri koridò, povrete vizyon kanpe nan wout, e rèv chak Ayisyen ap karese pou avanse twouble.

Following The Haitian Diaspora Experience - Series # 1, we contacted other Diaspora members for Series # 2. We will be back. We want to remind you that the experience of the Haitian Diaspora was born as part of the Anthroplinguistics course that I teach in the first year of the Bachelor's Degree Program in Applied Linguistics, State University of Haiti.

Apre Esperyans Dyaspora Ayisyen - Seri #1, nou kontakte lòt dyaspora pou Seri #2. N ap tounen. N ap raple w Esperyans Dyaspora Ayisyen pran nesans nan kad kou Antwopolengwistik mwen anseye nan premye ane pogram Diplòm Lisans nan Fakilte Lengwistik Aplike, Inivèsite Leta Ayiti.

Knowledge and The Diaspora Experience of the Diaspora can guide us, who are in Haiti, a lot. Many thanks to Professors Arthur Almeda and Emmanuel W. Védrine for the chain of ideas that has fallen like bombs to blow up the chains of slavery that threaten the development of Haiti’s development from time to time.

Konesans ak esperyans Dyaspora a ka gide nou, k ap viv an Ayiti, anpil.  Anpil remèsiman pou Pwofesè Arthur Almeda ak Emmanuel W. Védrine pou chèn ide ki tonbe tankou bonm pou eklate chèn esklavay ki menase devlopman Ayiti tanzantan.

We would like to thank all those who followed Series # 1 with us, particularly the teachers who shared something with us, the leaders in Boston, Curacao, Canada (the list is long), technician Wilson Thelimo Louis (ItiaHaiti) for the design of the program poster, zoom control, music (John Steve Brunache, "Larelèv") linked to the Haitian Diaspora Experience.

N ap di tout moun ki t ap suiv Seri #1 an avèk nou mèsi, patikilyèman pwofesè yo (ki te pataje kichoy avèk nou, lidè yo nan Boston, Kiraso, Kanada… lis la long), teknisyen Wilson Thelimo Louis  (ItiaHaiti) pou konsepsyon afich pwogram nan, kontwòl zoom, mizik (John Steve brunache, «Larelèv») ki marye ak kontni Esperyans Dyaspora Ayisyen an.

Finally, a big round of applause and thanks to professor Jean Heber Bellefleur (who is currently living in Canada) for his role as interpreter in the English version of the conference. He agreed to do that wholeheartedly and professionally (on the side of professor Védrine). Prof. Bellefleur has also worked as translator /interpreter for United Nations in Haiti.

Pou fini, yon gwo kout chapo ak tout mèsi pou pwofesè Jean Heber Bellefleur (k ap viv aktyèlman Kanada) pou wòl li kòm entèprèt nan vèsyon anglè konferans lan. Li te konsanti fè sa ak tout kè e avèk pwofesyonalis (bò kote Pwofesè Védrine). Pwòf Bellefleur te pase yon bon bout tan ap travay kòm tradiktè /entèprèt nan Nasyonzini an Ayiti.
